Rob and Becky
We were married on 12/12/2011 in El Salvador after two amazing weeks of ministry with S.O.S. Ministries, teaching, evangelizing, and ministering to the people in the villages of Honduras and El Salvador. We were so blessed to be able to serve the Lord with an amazing group of people. Our families were unable to attend our wedding so our ministry team stood in as our family to witness our marriage. They provided for us in so many ways, cleaning and decorating, as well as photography. We were and are so blessed by these servants of God.
We have now added another crazy step in our lives. We moved on January 20,2012 to Louisville, KY so that Rob could attend the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He will be in school for at least the next 3 years so this is where we will be. He has talked about also pursuing a Ph. D. in the languages so we will see where that takes us in a couple years.
We just had our first child, a beautiful and precious baby girl. Alythia Grace joined our family on June 11, 2013 and we are absolutely enamored with her. She teaches us daily what it means to sacrifice and to love unconditionally. Being a parent is a sanctifying and stretching experience.
